Hi, my name is Liz and I'm a PREKURE Certified Health Coach.
With 20 + years in the food industry I felt I needed to move away from a career that no longer aligned with my values on nutrition and health.
My coaching focuses on helping others to make 'habitual shifts' to improve their health and wellbeing.
I am passionate about enabling people to reach their health goals by empowering them to discover their self efficacy.
